Exchange & Return Policy

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please see our guideline below for details.

Notice:

Items for return or exchange are NOT accept if they are ineligible products. All ineligible items will be rejected and sent back to you at your cost.

What’s ineligible products?

  • The frontal lace was cut and damaged.
  • The item was damaged and the original status was changed (washed, worn, heated etc. )
  • Custom and clearance items.
  • Accessories and Gift Gallery items.

 Exchange policy

  • Email [email protected] within 15 days after receiving your package to make an application for exchange. Exceeding the time limit, the exchange application will be rejected.
  • Please email us with photos of the hair for our reference.
  • We can offer one-time exchange  for the items without restocking fee . But customers need to pay the shipping fee for sending the item back to us.
  • Any price difference between the exchanged items will be charged for the extra or credited back for the overcharge.

Rush Exchange:

  • Another new order can be placed while you return the item back, if you need the item urgently.  
  • New order is placed online, we will prepare the new hair while waiting for the return. Your new hair will be shipped to you after it is finished.
  • Once the original item arrives back, the original payment will be refunded back.

Return Policy:

  • Email [email protected] first within 15 days of the date you received the package to request the return. Exceeding time limit, return requests will be rejected.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping fee.
  • No more restocking fee will be charged. But $30 will be charged as the first shipment fee.
